2016 edge wont start in 20 degree weather or below

Ive had this issue for a while now, took it to the dealer last winter they had it for a month and replaced the ecm and other items and could not figure it out.  They gave it back when the weather warmed up.

I put a brand new battery in it as well. It has no communication when the issue presents itself, like the computers not talking to all the modules.

When the issue happens, try to disconnect the vehicle's battery for a few seconds and re-connect it. See if this helps reset the electronice.

Ive tried that and everything i can think of so did the dealership, they basically gave up and gave the car back to me

we need a more complete list of what was replaced, and any all codes associated with the problem

it could be harness failure, bad solder joint inside a module, bad electrical connection to the harness at a module plug..

There Are no Codes present, the dealer did several pin tests and found nothing.  When i hook a scan tool to the vehicle no communication when cold out side and won't start.  Every light in the book flashes on the screen and wont start.  service everything,
