Rear, passenger side, inflatable seat belt was pulled all the way out to install a car seat, now the bottom reel is pulled all the way out and stuck. The top reel still works normal, only the bottom is stuck. It won't retract. I tugged and pulled, no luck. I even drove the car about 20 mph and slammed on the brakes. No luck.
