dmcalisterblue Posted 3 hours ago Report Share Posted 3 hours ago I have a 2013 Ford Edge with no titles or images when playing a CD. I see there is a Gracenote license on board. I've been thru VIN lookup at the Ford site, formatted a couple of flash drives but always get bad file errors even after re-downloading. My real question is since the store bought CDs I'm using are older than the car, why doesn't Gracenote recognize them... the Sync do it yourself update process seems to make sense but haven't had success on several attempts.
