According to KBB.com and Edmunds.com the power lift gate is no longer available without the 301A package - moonroof, HID lights, nav, driver's entry option...$3,500!! Mywife does not want a sunroof ! She never uses the one on our '08. It also rattles and is expensive! If this is true I'll look at a Chevy! As a Ford stockholder I'm really shocked. In '10 you could get the power liftgate on the SEL model. Why limit this feature to the most expensive model with a $3500 pack?! Any thoughts? You can get the Driver's Entry package (51E) as a stand alone option on the Limited which includes Perimeter Alarm System, Push Button Engine Start, Remote Control Engine Start, Illuminated Keyless Remote Control Entry System w/Intelligent Access & Power Liftgate Release.
