I have gotten it confused once and had to re-index it to get the album art back to the right song, but it works great. But I don't have a buggy system. I think that is the bigger issue. Nothing show artwork, almost every song stop after a few minutes and take too long to go to the next song, if it does not crash, and when I just plug the device it is about 5 minutes that I can't even turn down the heat..... May be.... that is why I'm asking others if they feel it so slooooow... I want to be sure what to tell to the tech next week.... of course, I will have to go through the whole process of let them update... go again... and go again.... and again..... Yes I did, and didn't make any difference. But about two days ago the system just decided to work fine on it's own.... Although I can hear some clicks and cracks on the first second of each song now.
