The MSRP for the Edge is 42885 and the Highlander is 41538. I haven't really pushed the negotiation, but the best I have so far for the sport is $39200 plus 3000 (rebates) = $36,200. The best Highlander price comes out to 35,800. Anyways, just wanted to know if this looks like a good deal and any objective insight into picking the Edge v. Highlander. I have owned Fords in the past and a couple of Lexus(s). I am just leery of the longevity/reliability of the Edge as I keep my cars beyond 200k miles. Thanks!
