ChEeZyToPpInG Posted November 30, 2011 Report Share Posted November 30, 2011 Sold my 2007 Rav4 Sport and drove 6 hours EACH WAY on Saturday to pick up my new baby! 2011 Ford Edge Limited V6 AWD! Black metallic with black leather! Honestly, the biggest reason i got rid of my Rav4 was because it was white and too "old man." I set out to find something younger, cooler & fully loaded. I find it!!!! I dont think i'm gonna make any major changes for awhile. Probably add some chrome window inserts (mostly to hide a small dent that came on the car) and maybe some chrome/polished stainless fender flares/wheel well lips just to add a little more chrome and protect the paint around the wheel wells... The options for mods are somewhat limited...I was kind of surprised by that since there are so many of these out there but ebay does have some of the chrome stuff you're talking about. ChEeZyToPpInG Posted December 1, 2011 Author Report Share Posted December 1, 2011 meh, not too excited about the new escape. i was originally looking at a 2010 or 11 escape because it was about the same size as my rav4 but ultimately, the edge is much more comfortable. i love how "fat" it feels, the escape felt too skinny & claustrophobic.
