The system locates my car and then starts to send the directions to the car and then the call drops. I thought it was my phone at first. As a Sync Specialist for a dealer every time i have experienced this there was an upgrade the fixed it. Also make sure it's happening all the time. Fingernip Posted February 18, 2012 Report Share Posted February 18, 2012 I use mine frequently for directions and it seldom drops the call during the download. When it does do it though it will happen several times in a row before it completes successfully. Its likely a problem on sync network's end but it doesnt seem to occur enough to really be a problem.
