OMG! You weren't kidding. Those fuses are impossible to get at. After standing on my head with a flashlight I got the first cover and then the actual fuse cover off. But there was no way I could get the #7 fuse out. No matter how I turned and twisted I couldn't do it.

I live in Chesterfield and mine shipped on a Friday, was in Wentzville the following Tuesday, at the Dealer Friday and I picked up on Saturday. Congrats on your new Edge you'll love it!

Wilson, Did pulling #7 "fix" your power seat issue. If so I'll have to give it a try.

Hi I have a 2011 Edge Limited in Bordeaux Reserve Red with the Sienna interior. The seating surfaces are sienna and the remainder of the seats are black. I love the two-tone look. :shades: Here are some pictures!

Yep I've tried to reprogram it. It worked fine and then it stopped.

I have a 2011 Edge Limited that I've had for 3 weeks now. When I first got the car I set the memory position for the drivers seat. After a few days I noticed that when I get in the seat adjusts to all the memory positions except it doesn't move the seat forward all the way. I have to use the button on the side of the seat to move it forward so I can reach the pedals. Has anyone else had this problem? Before I take it to the dealer I would like to have some idea of what the problem is and what might be required to fix it. Thanks!

I have the 2011 Edge with My Ford Touch. There is definitely some lag time sometimes and not so much others. Doesn't seem to matter which screen you're using. I have to remind myself to be patient because it does finally catch up and then will go to far if you've hit the button to many time while being impatient. Also the other day while using the voice commands to set an destination in navigation the whole system shut down. I was still able to drive the car but the entire center screen was black. After about 2 minutes it restarted itself and has been working fine ever since. I'm hoping future updates will fix these little glitches.

I have 2 questions: 1 - The inside of the windshield always gets a film on it... my Edge hasn't yet but I'm sure it will. I think it's something to do with the materials off-gassing. What's the best way to keep the windows clean inside and out? 2 - What do you use on the dash? I don't want it shiny just clean. Thanks for being our detailing answer guy!

I have the sienna leather interior... which means the seating surfaces are sienna and the remainder of the seats are black leather. So where there is sienna leather there is sienna stiching and where there is black leather there is black stitching.

I'm having the same problem except that it won't bring my seat forward enough. All the other settings are correct but I have to use the button the side of the seat to move it forward another few inches.

I've filled up twice and doing mostly around town driving I'm averaging 19 MPG.

It is really deep. I keep all my charging cords, an umbrella, a notepad and other misc and it still could hold more. I keep my ipod in the coin holder. Not sure I'm ever going to use the spaces on the lid.... we'll see! Didn't notice the space under the power port. I'll have to check that out.

I didn't do anything... the system rebooted itself. I have heard that you could take out the fuse for a hard reset. The Edge has been working fine since.

So last night I'm driving and I am using the voice activation to set an address into the navigation when all of a sudden I get a white screen and then the screen goes black. :angry: I'm freaking out... I call my husband to look up directions so I'm not driving aimlessly. After about 2 minutes Sync rebooted itself and then everything was working fine. Later when I went to drive home I started the car and the right drivers screeen says Navigation error, the navigation on the main screen is fine but the radio sounds all choppy. After a few minutes the driver screen is functioning and the radio sounds fine. My husband thinks I should take it to the dealer... but right now everything is working okay. Does anyone know if there is a system "log" that shows glitches and restarts that the dealer would be able to analyze?

I have mine set to Purple and it defintely shines in the foot wells, cup holders and door handles while I'm driving. There is a slide bar that controls how bright it is. I have noticed that when I first open the doors at night the ambient color is always blue and then it changes to purple once I start the car.

So did you pick it up today? Can't wait to hear what you think!
