  1. if ye search thy forum for 'grill' and 'sync' ye will find answers..., but 'built in car phone'? NO except for in the red ones...
  2. Or Pink Floyd's 'time keeps on slipping...." as I have gotten down to '7 miles left'...
  3. Edge SEL+ here, no chime, just the same message with 50 miles left.
  4. George is back... http://www.barbneal.com/wav/ltunes/misc/whichway.wav
  5. I think the second half of Hardhawk's signature says it all...
  6. It could easily be painted Carbon and redeem itself from the red/black shortcomings...
  7. 6'4" 190lbs and no issues here. I was on a 3 hour non-stop drive not too long ago and don't remember having to shift around to stay comfortable.
  8. Well...now that we have everyone's attention, I pose the below question again...
  9. Hopefully the "red seat inserts" will have a positive impact...
  10. I think a gun metal gray would look cool; especially on a carbon metallic...
  11. You know, now that you mention it, I think mine sat on the lot between a red and black one. Hopefully it was just a hiccup...
  12. A 2 way speaker has what? That's right Bob, 2 speakers that work separately from each other (designed for 2 different sets of frequency ranges). The plate in each door is a 2 way (not an 8 way in all; still a 2 way set up).
  13. Now you're splitting hairs...it's 2 speakers mounted on a single plate, so one plate, 2 speakers. Co-ax's are 2 speakers too... I would also recommend the Polk set. Had a pair of 6.5"ers in a pick up once, and had great midbass coverage
  14. I have on a couple occassions, but nothing recently; mine is FWD.
  15. If your's is like the MKX I saw a couple weeks ago, it covers the outer edge of the actual rim (I checked your gallery and it is); covers the entire wheel. The Edge, on the other hand, the cover fits inside the outer lip of the rim.
  16. Question: for those of you who think these chrome clad wheels look cheap as a chrome plastic cover; what do you think about your grill? It's the SAME material and finish... 07_MKX, the next time you clean the back of your wheels, would you mind posting a pic of the backside? Also, I could be wrong (wouldn't be the first time), but I think the MKX 18" chromes (18 Inch 8-Spoke Chrome Clad Aluminum Wheel w/Euroflange) are a metal chrome cover, not plastic.
  17. No jet fumes here, I'm following ya...
  18. I asked while I had it at the dealer Monday. The service tech said it was a muffler for the intake air flow to reduce the noise created by that air flow. Can anybody here confirm or deny that?
