It goes under the carseat, between the back and butt cushions, and hooks on the anchor on the back of the seat.

You just push the latch and lift.

The key slot is in the front of the console, beneath the 12v port.

Yep. And I don't like the 3M, either. I'm afraid the purplish hue of the Llumar would look like crap next to the factory tint on the rear. Look up the Suntek CXP. And here's what it looks like on your paint color...

The Llumar ceramic is too purple. It looks like old faded tint while it's still on the roll. Try the Suntek Carbon XP.

Yeah, the wrap was me. Glad you like it. I just looked and couldn't find where I put the old speakers. I think they're in my storage unit, so maybe I'll post pics tomorrow if I have time. And no, they're not overpowering at all. They give a nice subtle fill that's actually barely noticable from the front seats. Let me put it this way... I'm happy that I did them, and if I had it to do again, I still would, but more because I'm anal and want things to match than the sound.
