I love sync 3. I've used many different systems and this is by far one of the best.

I just "glance" out my drivers side window as I'm turning in and follow my vision through to the windshield as I get closer. So many cars these days have large A pillars that I've gotten use to it.

I personally don't find it intrusive at all. The windshield is large enough and angled in such a way that sightlines are pretty good.
