  1. Check the vacuum line and its non-return/check valve is good. Let the engine idle for a few minutes to build vacuum in the booster then disconnect the hose at the booster and confirm there's an inrush of air.
  2. Who performed the diagnostic test and what equipment did they use?
  3. Wouldn't you suspect the replacement oil pressure sensor?
  4. In Canada the powertrain warranty is 5yrs / 100,000km - why don't you have any warranty cover? Is the warranty not carried over to the second owner?
  5. What's the service history - oil change intervals, and by who? Stop in at a place like Autozone and have them read the stored fault codes.
  6. Cant make much out in the video/audio. What's the mileage? What's the service history - oil change intervals, and by who? Have you checked the oil level? Stop in at a place like Autozone and have them read the stored fault codes.
  7. I've used the same brand and model USB 32GB drive for the Cyanlabs Sync3 updates - but I don't think they still sell them in that size.
  8. Welcome. What model do you have? - please add that to your profile signature - https://www.fordedgeforum.com/settings/signature/
  9. Mobile Tech - do you service and repair cars? Got to be naive to expect meaningful answers with the scant info you provide.
  10. I just replaced the front driveshaft on my wife's BMW X5. BMW X5 and X6 Forum (F15/F16) - View Single Post - Front driveshaft? (bimmerpost.com) Be sure to use a good molybdenum spline lube/grease when you re-install the driveshafts. Amazon.com: Liqui Moly Long-Life Grease + MoS2 | 100 g | Lithium Fat | SKU: 2003 : Automotive
  11. I have a 128GB Samsung USB drive formatted ExFAT - when received it was formatted ExFAT https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07BPG9YX9/ref=dp_iou_view_item?ie=UTF8&th=1
  12. What's your oil change interval? What oil and oil filter have you been using?
  13. A good starting point in the diagnostics is knowing the stored fault codes - the misfiring/staggering potential causes go beyond bad spark plugs.
  14. I recommend that you use Forscan - yes, I've had other reputable scanners show no codes only to find that there was stored codes using Forscan. The symptoms you describe there's bound to be codes stored.
  15. The appearance is really good, and the interior looks un-used. You sure scored a bargain of a lifetime.
  16. The problem is this forum's search feature is useless and no hope of the owners improving it. I use the forum URL with key words in Google. https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=+Carrier+Bearing+Replacement+www.fordedgeforum.com
  17. Agreed, legal battles aren't welcome regardless how strong your case may be, so if there's any uncertainty you could use the type of catch-can that I have which takes a couple of minutes to remove/install as and when needed. Definitely wouldn't run my 2.7L V6 without it.
  18. Have you cycled the ABS system during the bleed process?
  19. It's not my observation that "many" have said the catch can will void warranty - the law is not on their side when it comes to proving the catch can caused whatever engine failure.
  20. Welcome. Could you post a photo of the connector/plug?
  21. The reason why you don't find that is because most don't bother replacing them because the complete half-shaft needs to be removed and disassembled to install the new bellows seal - typically by the time these seals need replacement its time for new half-shafts. Post the part number of photo of the seal so that we can be sure what you're referring to.
