Do you have the Climate Control set to Auto?

I'm looking for this as well. I looked at 'snmjim' posts but it appears to be about parts, not the procedure. I don't mind digging in, but I'd prefer to know what I'm getting into first.
Is there a more detailed explanation or video on changing these spark plugs on a '17 Edge 2.7? I have found many videos on line, but none (yet) on this particular engine and model.
Thanks
If you need more information than what can be found in the post linked (six above your post), then it might be best to explain what part of the process you need more info on.

I don't want to overfill it bc I'm afraid of aeration.
I only was able to get about 10oz out of my daughters `19 Titanium 2.0L. I put about 14oz of Amsoil 75W-90 Extreme back in but I'm thinking of adding an additional 8ozs. (she purchased new and the PTU oil has never been changes)
Can't overfill if its trickling out the fill hole.
Is that a typo? - shouldn't it be 75w140 or does the 2019 use 75W90?

I got the 12.8ounces off the Amsoil website. My owners manual says 11.8 fl. oz. (2016 Edge Sport 2.7L)
I put in the same amount that came out.
How much did you put in?
Safest is to fill until it trickles out the fill hole.
There's numerous reports of errors in the listed quantity.

Yep, better to overfill PTU, than underfill; that gearoil gets cooked so the more you can fit into that gearbox the better.
After drilling\tapping & installing a Fumoto DrainValve in the PTU bottom & a fill hose on the PTU top vent barb with a fill can under the hood,
now change the 75w140 AmsOil every 6mths along with routine engine oil changes. Hopefully makes it last as long as the rest of the car.
Not easy to overfill if the if the fill hole is open.

Has anyone experienced this?
Yes.
Fill the PTU's until the oil trickles out the fill hole.

If its displaying signs of low oil pressure only when its warm, then it may be a badly worn engine, but the only way you'll know is by using an oil pressure gauge.
What's the service history?
Could be the result of poor maintenance.

Because of my lack of confidence in the Sync3 routing and that my 5 year Sirius Traffic has expired, and I've recently been using Waze with a cable, I'm now ready to get a wireless Carplay device.
I'm looking at the OTTOCAST Wireless CarPlay Adapter 2022 which is $85 on Amazon with the $30 coupon.
Would appreciate advice on what device to get, and where to get it.

I was off-track thinking of "Engine Air Intake Temperature".

On mine the temp sensor is in the air filter box - I disconnected it when I removed the air-box for better access when I recently replaced my battery.
Did you remove the air-box?
Also, do a search for how to reset the Battery Monitory System (BMS)

RyanA97 what's the service history?
No, it's not normal.
Could be poor maintenance resulting in sludge which causes issues with the hydraulic lifters.

I would use the "Drain & Fill" on the transmission until the drained fluid shows significant improvement.

Yes, if you don't have the service history then treat it as if every routine service item is overdue, engine oil & filter, air filter, cabin filter, spark plugs, trans fluid, PTU, ........etc.

That is how I raised and leveled the seats in my wife's Mustang, and expect it should work for the Edge.
Edit: keep in mind that you need two holes - one for the bolt and another for the dowel pin, so you'll need to drill a hole in the ones above in the Amazon link.

Is that the 2.0L Edge?

Do a compression test and leak-down test.
Switch the coils and see if the misfire code follows it.
What did the old plugs look like, any one look different to the others?

Going by the parts numbers, I've already done this recall.

On my 2017 Sport the original P-Zero's lasted 50K miles, and after that the Atturo lasted 31K miles.
As the Atturo approached the wear bars, they were very bad on wet roads.
My third set of tires just recently installed are Bridgestone Alenza AS Ultra 265 /40 R21 105V XL BSW and so far very happy with them - quiet and superb grip in the wet, and expect they'll be good in the snow.

@Haz this time the service manager didn't ask for the old parts, like he did when I changed the front brake hoses.
Yeah, it would be nice to get Reward points.
They sure do submit it, because CarFax is no longer showing this overdue.
