First thing I checked were any codes, aren’t any
My bad, I didn't notice that.
What did you use to scan for codes?

Best get the stored error codes read.

I have been having similar issues. After reducing the file size and attempting to upload, the photo shows as blank (upload failed) and a dialog box states there was an issue uploading. Is there a way to reach out to site admin for support?
Doubt Admin are going to help - I experimented with image size and file size until the photos posted, but cant recall the specific settings, so if you experiment and find what works please update this thread.

My 2011 does the same thing. I have to put it in park at stop lights.
Have you investigated to find the cause?

I suggest changing the Forscan display option and select what @omar302 suggested.
QuoteI'd go "0C" or "0D".

I've had it in to 2 different mechanics who were unable to find any codes.
Thanks
Any chance you can tell us what code readers they use?

I have one on my 2015 edge v6 can’t say it does much but tbh sounds cool
As long as you're happy to sacrifice filtration for that sound all is good.

With the described symptoms it's unlikely that there's no stored error codes.
What are you using to read codes?
I have found a good OBD2 interface with ForscanLite to be reliable.
Also, keep it to one thread.

I purchased an OEM one off of ebay for $124. So I attempted to change it out this morning with no luck.
PLEASE HELP!!
Could you post a link to this.

The engine cannot ingest more air than the OEM filter can flow, so the main selling point of the K&N is mute.

Drain and fill is what I do every +- 50K miles.

Looks like Nibs3675 has abandoned his thread - last seen on 22 Feb 2023.
Serves little value and should probably go in the trash.

Your Sport is in perfect cosmetic condition, but for me the performance modifications would exclude it if I was in the market for one.
There might be a few more folks out there who are like me that wouldn't consider a modified used vehicle, so it might be worth a try advertising it without mention of the MOD's or that its been raced, just to draw attention of prospective buyers.

Thats a superb deal and I would have jumped on it but my seats have the suede inserts.

OH, didn't know that you've already contacted Ford - any other details we're missing?

I had my 4th oil pan put on my Edge in Jan. My ext warranty is up at the end of March. Will Ford continue to replace oil pans at their expense or am I stuck? Need to make my decision to sell it or keep my Edge.
As far as I can tell those that have had their oil pans done correctly as per the procedure haven't had any issues, so I question the skills of your dealership.
It might also be a good idea to contact Ford Customer service and let them know your concerns and possibly with that on record it might be covered if it leaked again, and I'd definitely take a different dealership.

Today I did the second RDU oil change and this time I extracted more of the old oil than the previous time.
I attached a section of flexible silicone tubing to my oil extractors tubing with about 12" of coat hanger wire inside the tube, so that I could form a shepherds hook.
The look of the oil each time I've changed it, I'd say you can safely follow the owners manual, and forget about changing the RDU oil.
I've got 90K miles on mine and have changed the RDU oil three times and the above mentioned method extracts just about the full volume of oil.
The last fill I used Amsoil SEVERE GEAR® 75W-90
My RDU oil has looked like new each time.

Give the search feature a try.

Environmental Fallout (Limited Coverage)
Although this is not a factory defect, damage caused by airborne material / environmental fallout (such as rail dust or acid rain) to exterior finish has limited coverage outlined in the Warranty and Policy Manual. Refer to the OWS User Guide for correct claiming sub code and the Workshop Manual for the environmental fallout removal procedure. (Figures 21-22)
My 2017 Sport paint is completely etched from the acid rain from the power plant that I work at.
I'm very surprised that there's any form of warranty on this - need to look what the fine print says about this.
Windshield Replacement
in Glass, Lenses, Lighting, Mirrors, Sunroof (BAMR), Wipers
Posted
On Monday a stone chipped my windshield and this morning Safelite came to my work place to do the chip repair.
The Tech had issues with his equipment and the end result is it now looks worse than it did before his repair attempt, and because you only get on shot at the repair it now needs a new windshield.
I spoke with the dealership service manager and he said that Safelite have done windshield replacements and performed the required calibrations etc.
Safelite tell me that there's no deductible in Kentucky.
Tomorrow I'll make an appointment for them to order the replacement and schedule the installation.
Anything I should watch for with this job?
Attached photo is the damage after the repair attempt.
