I went 12.6 @108 on a livernois 100 octane tune and the UP intercooler in the fusion sport. I only have the livernois tune on the edge sport currently but UP intercooler is next. Look forward to the same stunned faces when I take it to the dragstrip.

3 top clips and one corner one. The 3 top clips you can work your way one by one pushing the tab in from the mirror glass side and pulling back. Two people help to make the process easier. That bottom inside corner clip I didn’t figure out. I broke mine on the painted cover. Auto body double side mount tape solved that. So....there is a picture at least and kind of a process. If you figure out how to get the last clip out without breaking it please post it up. There is zero info out there on 15+ edge mirror cover removal.

Have both and edge sport and fusion sport. -can’t get as comfortable in the Edge seats vs fusion (are they that different?) -tip in bias (in drive too soft and in sport too aggressive) -I wish these things had mag ride like my fusion

How much power can the trans handle? Thing was corked up from the factory!

Ended up getting it done but broke one of the clip points I didn’t see. It was a lower corner clip but between the other points and a little auto body double side mounting tape it’s on and tight. Once I got the top clips released I should have inspected the lower corner. Need to see if you can source just the black plastic bezel around the mirror and the turn signal to repair the old one just to keep around.

2.7 eats fuel if you touch the boost. I’m at 18 on the edge and 19ish on the fusion sport. All city with a heavy foot. Fusion does great on the highway mid 20s where as the edge is 20ish (brick in the wind).

Anyone have the step process to this on the 15+edge? Specifically the painted cap. You are supposed to swap from old mirror to new. There is a certain way to get the clips to disengage and I don’t want to risk breaking them. In search I could only find info on the previous gen cars.

I had a rattle at first which was found and solved by my ford dealer. Had a loaner ready to go for me.

Steering wheel replacement is the lastest official fix per my ford dealer. Since they changed out mine I haven't had an issue.

Took mine in. New steering wheel on the way. Seems to be fords go to for this now.

Mounted up the winter contact si tonight and they are amazing. Even with the bigger sidewall stability is not compromised. Grabs strong in the snow. First part of the snowstorm today I was still on the factory 21s and while it worked the tires did not convey confidence.

7-19-16 build date edge sport here and experiencing the random fault message. Bought the edge sport labor day weekend. Faults started about 2 months ago. I plan on dropping it off soon and keeping an eye on this thread. Great info here. 4K miles on it so far.
