  1. What would you guys and gals do to modify your Ford Edge if money wasn't an issue. I would try to get the ecoboost 3.5 engine dropped in with a performance tune 93 octane to turn up psi in turbos hopefully get around 400+hpwith throttle body spacer, cold air intake and manga flow all with out telling my wife.
  2. Thanks for reply and I missed out on those lowering spring Tom was selling
  3. Ok did u get kit from h & r do u happen to have before and after pics
  4. If one were to purchase H & R lowering Spring once installed did you have any issue with the cars camber when doing the wheel alignment after install? Will a camber kit be needed. And did it cause you ant premature wear in rest of front end suspension? Greatly appreciate the info
  5. I like them have you noticed a stif ride or any vibration
  6. I can give you advice on what all season tire not to get from experience. Hankook Ventura ST they should not be sold as all seasons. They wear good and are extremely quiet but did not fair well in Northeast winter. They do look good my next tire will be contential extreme contact dws06 but very expensive
  7. I use cheap eBay vinyl wrap in brushed aluminum color and it been on for a year and works well
  8. Does anyone know the difference between error free, can-bus, cob and Cree led types for interior. The price vary by a huge margin. I have some cheap ebay led for interior and they flicker. Im looking for middle of the road in price and quality. Thanks in advance. 2013 Ford Edge.
  9. I had locking lug nuts at one point and one became stripped during torquing it down so it was on the stud at 100 and striped. All I did to get it off was take a socket that was slightly smaller that the locking Nut and I hammered on to the locking about 1/8 an inch hitting the socket with a hammer until it deformed the lug nut it is a very soft steel and sockets are heat treated. After that I placed my torque wrench into the socket I just hammered over the locking nut and backed it off the stud with ease.

  11. my posting is done here folks. if there are any craftsmanship issues with the spacers I will update or uneven or premature wear in any of the suspension caused by spacers I will post for a buyer beware issue.
  12. All I can say is if I was interested in your opinion I would have asked you for it. It worked out well for me exactly what was intended.
  13. Nope only a set of replacement lugnutz because I put some much locktite on that if I ever need to take these off it would be smart to have New nuts and I will burn off remaking locktite on studs. So no threading issue happen. If they need to come off then go back on. Rides good no vibration I've pulled the wheels off a few time to check spacers and probably will keep an eye on them
  14. When the torque converter is failing the engines power is not smoothly transferred through the transmission and into the wheel. The shaking is caused by your engine on its mounts and when you feel it you think it is a suspension or tire balancing issue. Looks up torque converter issues. If you only get the shaking under acceleration you have your answer.
  15. Could possibly be and most likely is your torque converter on your transmission is it vibrating under acceleration and do you hear any noise once you go from stopped to acceleration.
  16. Thanks I was hoping for review from ppl on here a Leary of online reviews tires for size 22/40/22 are expensive.
  17. I'm about 5000 miles away from needing new tire for sport rim 2013. I would like to stick a decent brand name and decent price low road noise would be good too but I might be asking to much please let me know any recommendations for tires purchased and also the oppose beware of this tire type of thing. Thank you in advance!!!
  18. I did I think the wheels have so kinda a clear coat covering from the factory
  19. Klasse AIO and Klasse Sealant were applied with buffer 6 months ago and I just washed my car look at the shine this stuff is solid protection plus a great shine. After the wash I did apart it do with the 50/50 solution. I live in Northeast and have winters that are tough on vehicle they spray are roads with calcium before storm and that eats through metal and the salt heavy when snow starts
