The Edge doesn't come with any type of mat as standard. There is a Ford version you can buy as well as many after market places you can get them. I agree you need something back there but I cheaped out and just bought a 6 foot plastic step runner (one knoe, clear thing with the little teeth on the under side for carpets) and cut it tomfit it in there. Cost about $4.00.

Hey Steve, congrats! I traded in my 2004 Tribute (Mazda's Escape) for the Edge too and am loving every minute of it. Sooooooo much nicer all around than the Tribute.

Sirius will send you a letter in about 6 weeks or so offering you early renewl discounts. You get one well before the 6 months is up. Congrats on you new ride!

I have a AWD and get anywhere from 16-23 on average.

Hmmm, so far I haven't had or heard that problem with my Edge. I've had mine 2 months and have nearly 4000 miles on it. I'd give the dealer a shout?

I am so glad it finally came, Edgy!! Woohoo! It took me almost 8 weeks before I put my dogs in the back though.....as soon as I got them home I was out there getting the nose prints, slobber and hair out of there!

Congats on your new ride! I all very close to buying the CX-7 then took the Edge out for a test ride. I was tottaly smitten....love my edge! I thought the turbo in the Mazda was too weird and the back seat ( I have a 4 year old) was way to cramped. Also, the premium fuel requirments are just too much.....I mean I'm about to pay $3 for regular for goodness sakes. Love to see some pictures!
