    Knocking

    Mine doesn't knock...
  3. Glad you caught it when you did. I have seen this type of failure before. It can be caused by impact, but it can also be caused by a defect in the side wall that finally let go. Heat can also be a factor. Good thing it was on the outside where you could see it. You might want to check the inside of the other three for peace of mind. Tires are likely from the same lot.
  4. If the car is certified by Ford, I think you are pretty safe without an independent inspection. If it is what you are looking for, and you like the way it drives... go for it!
  5. Check the transmission fluid level. I have had that happen in older cars with low fluid levels. That may not be it, but it's worth a look.

    Hello

    Congrats and Welcome!!
  7. The 2018 model isn't any better in the headlight department. The only thing I really dislike about the car. Fortunately I seldom have to drive after dark.
  8. How are your vent controls set? Mine is set to blow heat at your feet, and cool air out the top (when heat is off). Sometimes it feels like it is not working, but if I check if by blowing heat out the top, it is working fine. Blower speed varies as well.

    Delivered!

My Mustang came with Hankooks. Performed well for everyday driving and a bit of spirited driving in the twistys. I did not track the car.
  10. Check for a connector that is not seated properly, or a bad ground.
  11. My 2018 with the 3.5 V6 has a metal pan and a conventional drain bolt. The Fumoto will work on those.
  12. It might be time to learn to do your own oil changes. It's not difficult, and you always know it's done correctly.
  13. Total baloney!! I use synthetic all the time... I consider it cheap insurance. However, changing at 2k is absurd. Unless you are an extreme duty driver (lots of towing or very short trips), you can easily go 5k or more. I agree with a previous poster... find another shop.
  14. Nice review! Thanks for posting.
  15. I have a Weathertech mat with a bumper protector. It is attached to the mat, rolls up just inside the hatch and is held in place with velcro. When you need to load or unload, simply roll it out over the bumper and you are protected. Maybe not what you were looking for, but it works. I load a wheelchair frequently and no scratches.
  16. Have you tried the other fob?
  17. The seats in my 2018 are fine. Not the best I have ever ever sat on, but certainly not as bad as others claiming earlier versions. Congrats on your new ride!! I hope you like yours as much as I like mine.
  18. They correspond to the arrow keys on the steering wheel, right side. If you have an arrow in a direction, press the corresponding arrow on the steering wheel to select another option or display. If there is no arrow in a direction on the display, there is no option in that direction. The same feature is shown on the left display corresponding to the arrow keys on the left side of the steering wheel.
