Cory Evans
So I've had the Edge with the Ecoboost for about 2 weeks now and I Love it! I still can't believe the power that little 4 cyl puts out! Everyone else loving theirs?
Gimp
Congratulations on your choice. I think you will enjoy your engine choice provide your fuel economy expectations aren't overly optimistic. If I may recommend a change in your wording: "I still can't believe the power that little 4 cyl Turbo puts out!" conveys a more positive image of the performance of the engine. An emoticon such as would even be appropriate.

Brander
I have had my 2013 Ford Edge SEL since Nov 2012, and now have about 5,000 miles on the vehicle. I sold a 2007 Ford Edge with AWD to get the new 2.0 litre ecoboost that was supposed to get 35+ MPG (sticker said 40)...big mistake!!! Although I love they way that they drive and handle (reason for getting another) the fuel mileage really sucks on the new "greener" ecoboost. I should have gone with the 3.5 with AWD for only a few thousand more! The best mileage I can get on highway (drive 65 - 70 mph) is about 26-27, which is only marginally better than my 2007 with the 3.5 L V6. Oh, and we are getting the stalling problem with this one (only once so far) that has been going on for several years with these vehicles, however we were not aware of it with our 2007 Edge as it never gave us any problems. Have you taken your Edge back to Ford to see what's up?

chipworkz
2012 Ecoboost and I am very happy with mine too. It was an added bonus to have it in the car I bought and wasn't specially looking for it but I am glad I got it. I test drove two other limiteds with the 3.5 and I like the Ecoboost much better.
