chicagojoe Posted April 12, 2015 Report Share Posted April 12, 2015 I have a 2010 ford edge with sync and a Samsung s4. My problem is when trying to make a call. If the phone screen is turned off (such as in my pocket) and I try to make a call, the display immediately shows "call ended". It was doing this before the update as well Some phones will do this if you have the lock screen with a passcode setup. If possible, try removing the phone lock while you're connected to SYNC.
