macbwt Report post Posted January 31, 2022 Follow along as we pick up the 2011 Ford Edge SEL AWD with the ruined 3.5 from sitting with coolant and oil mix in the engine. The old 3.5 was rusty and damaged beyond reasonable repair. We have plans to convert this SEL into a sleeper sport. We have retrieved it and gone over the situation. We have located and purchased a September 2020 brand new Ford 3.7 Duratec complete engine for the conversion. Follow along on this journey to rebuild this Edge into a working Edge in time for MercyGirls graduation in June 2022.
