2022 Edge SEL Sound Issues

Hi everyone, I recently got my Edge last week and i am loving it so far! My only problem is that some sirius channels and music played through my phone is only coming out of the right side speakers. Has anyone had this problem? Most sirius channels, FM and AM work fine but there are some that don't and its pretty frustrating! Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Are you saying you use the app on the phone and play through car? You are not using the car to play the source? Not that it may make a difference, but are you using Bluetooth, or are you mirroring (Android Auto or Car Play). If you are saying the phone app plays some stations correctly, but not all, sounds like an app issue. Try another app such as npr podcast or heart radio, see if behaves same way. If it does, not the app. Then try mirroring, or the built in player in the car. You have a free 30 subscription.

I'm reading this as playing from the car and listening through the phone.  Not sure why you would do that (or vice versa).

 

I'm having no problem with mine really.  The Sync acts weird occasionally though.  If I have mp3 playing, it switches to Sirius when I first start the car or it cuts in and out as it connects to the drive.  Once it gets its bearings, it works fine.  The Sync 3 in my last car (2019 Escape) was flaky at first, but it worked fine after a few months.  They may have a bug to work out in the Sync 4A.

Thanks for the replies. I am playing spotify (wirelessly) through android auto. I tried the other apps you mentioned and same thing. Its just really odd that most sirius channels work fine but there are a select few that dont as well as playing music wirelessly. If it was just my phone I figured it would be something with the phone connection like not playing through mono or something along those lines. The fact that its only some sirius channels is really whats throwing me for a loop. I made an appointment with ford in 2 weeks to see if they can take a look at it and maybe they can figure it out.
