After reducing the file size and attempting to upload, the photo shows as blank (upload failed) and a dialog box states there was an issue uploading. Doubt Admin are going to help - I experimented with image size and file size until the photos posted, but cant recall the specific settings, so if you experiment and find what works please update this thread.
