AWD Off message display

Recommended Posts

This message appears at random times. As soon as the engine is turned on, or while it is running, whether driving fast or slow. The scanner does not show any error or fault code. The PTU oil was changed a while ago before this problem appeared, so it would not be overheating or anything like that. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

And one thing I discovered after a while is that this lag problem in the turn signal only occurs after the AWD off message appears. While it doesn't appear, the turn signals work perfectly. It seems that when the AWD off appears, the entire dashboard lags, turn signals, high and low beams, hazard lights, everything lags/delays.

I had seen this topic. However, my case is different. It is not about overheating. For example, I can leave my car parked for the entire weekend. When I get in and start the engine, two days later with the car completely cold, the message appears on the screen in the same second. And other times, it appears after driving for several minutes, randomly, without depending on any sudden acceleration, overtaking or anything like that, just normal use.
