About six months ago it started throwing the Code P04F0 (large evap leak). I have replaced the purge valve assembly twice with the OEM part. I had two qualified mechanics check all the components for the from the fuel tank forward, and do two smoke test with everything checking out. Each time I clear the code it pops up again within 50 - 75 miles. The one mechanic has had several Edge's for the last 15 years and knows these cars inside out and still can't figure it out. The car runs great, no issues with performance or gas mileage. This one has me stumped, anyone has a similar experience? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
