Horrible layout and adds galore, why?

Joined this forum a couple months ago and generally use it on mobile. Why isnthe screen covered 3/4 with adds and pop-ups all the time? Then every search shows a pop up box on the bottom of the screen that I have to click and X to go away. What am I doing wrong? I am logged in. Is there some sort of paid version to make all this junk go away? Overall, the general layout of the forum is the worst I have ever used. Add after add after add, wtf....

I feel your pain.

 

It's understandable that a forum like this with free membership is reliant on income from ads, but there should be a balance.

 

It is totally impossible to use this forum on a mobile device and expect that there's many like me that have given up trying.

Is there a paid option? Otherwise I'll stick with the Facebook groups as this is like no other free forum I have ever been a part of......

Facebook will not be the same as this forum.

 

Thankfully, I hate social media and won't go there  AND  I work from a desktop  🙂
