The headlights are typically aimed too low from the factory. Check the OM for adjustment procedure.
Try resetting the average MPG every time you fill up (at least). Mileage will improve over the first few thousand miles then level off. Also note that you'll have winter blend fuel for the next few months if you're in a cold state.

Check your preferences for shortest, fastest, greenest route and other things like whether to use major highways vs. city streets, etc. You should also have the option to choose another route.
If your VIN shows it's eligible for the recall but you have not gotten a letter you need to make sure your address was entered correctly by the selling dealer so that you get future notices. Sounds like your dealer isn't too sharp.
The updates have to be downloaded from Ford so it depends on how the dealer does it and the speed of their internet connection and whether it fails midstream.
Since it shows the correct current direction it doesn't sound like a calibration error. It just sounds like they reversed the display order for the adjacent directions.
Check your owner's manual/nav guide and see if you can rip cds to the built-in jukebox. That's the hard drive system. I don't think my 08 Limited has it.
I assume he's a Ford employee so why would he do that? And even if he was willing to give you the software and you could buy the SD card on ebay, it still won't work because the SD card has to be married to the software.
Most incentives are only valid if they're in effect when you take delivery, not when you order. Unless this was a special offer of some type from Ford then you may not be eligible for that rebate. Better double check with the dealer.
