    Forgot to ask cylinder number should be as followed: 1 2 3 4 5 6 with the 123 closest to firewall is that correct? and 1 & 4 facing towards drive belt?

    Thx for the reply. Today for the first time the CEL began flashing again and stayed on for the whole road trip. Ran the scanner just now at home and threw P0303 which means a misfire on #3. I'll give the plugs a change and give the coil packs a change.

    Recently on our '11 Edge Sport (93K miles) under WOT it begins to buck and CEL light blinks a few seconds. AC compressor comes off (can notice air from vents get warmer) while all this is going on. After a few seconds (10-20) CEL stops blinking doesnt shown on dash anymore and AC pops back on. Its a pain the butt on a highway when passing vehicles. Any suggestions? Nothing really has been done to it other than regular maintenance. Plugs? TB needs cleaning? Coil pack? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

    My POS Edge just did this today. I can truly say I am sick and tired of this #/!&*ing vehicle. If its not one thing its another. I am out of town with the vehicle on a mini vacation and it couldnt of have happened at a worse time.

    Well I bit the bullet and ordered the part via amazon. Received it today. 2 hours later, no more door ajar. Not bad for $54 out of pocket and some time out of my day.

    Well, after about 2 years of Ford fixing the problem it is back with a vengeance on our edge. 1st time was under warranty, Im afraid to even ask the Dealer how much they want. I think this even killed my battery a couple of days ago.

    Got the Edge back this morning with new booster installed. Night and day difference. Thanks for the info shared on this thread.

    Took vehicle to the dealer. Spoke to the rep, instantly knew it was a booster issue. Left the Edge there, suppose to pick it up tomorrow.

    My wife called me today to tell me that the brakes started hissing inside the vehicle. She got home and sure enough, they hiss and feel spongy. If I hold the brake pedal down it gets harder and slowly goes all the way down. Brake booster? I have not changed nor messed with brakes, pads etc at all. Going on 60k miles and out of warranty. Taking it to the dealer tomorrow morning, hopefully get something resolved.
