  1. I am curious to know who has the Steeeda Throttle Body Spacer and can tell me if they see any significant gains in performance or mileage.
  2. Looks like my head unit may change to this: This is the AVN 726E which, IIRC, has Bluetooth built in. I am trying to get more specs on this unit.
  3. Is there a way I can use a factory switch instead of hacking up my dash to put a rocker in it? I also contemplated putting a foglight switch from a previous gen Mustang in one of the spots on the dash.
  4. I currently have two relay harnesses that I am going to use for this project.
  5. My Edge came stock with the Hankook DynaPros. What's your take on those?
  6. You and I are in the same club. After owning them on a 2002 Maxima, I won't even look at a set of Bridgestones. Worst tires I ever owned on ANY vehicle next to the Goodyear RS-As on my Caprice.
  7. Direct: What kind of rocker switch would you recommend for this project?
  8. Exactly. I have two digital kits in my '08 (Low and high beam).
  9. My mileage is not affected at all. I only used 1/4 - 1/2 tank of gas on a 142 mile trip.
  10. I had a similar problem. The dealer replaced the throttle body.
  11. Another Gilbert Resident but works in Tempe (or almost any airport in the country).
  12. Considering that my Edge is an SE that did not have foglights, would I have to splice anything or not?
  13. I am revisiting the installation of stock foglights on the Edge. I know that some have installed HID fogs and I am considering the same. However, I am seriously considering 6000k yellow fogs. For those who have installed HID fogs, what did you use as mounting points for the ballasts?
  14. You're correct. The plastic of the glove compartment was cool to the touch.
  15. In a nutshell, this, like many wood kits overlays the stock stuff and is only held with either adhesive or tape.
  16. I am contemplating this angle: http://mobile.jlaudio.com/products_subs_pa...php?page_id=245 ( As soon as a 10" version is released)
  17. I tried pricing this and they said putting vinyl on the grille would cost as much as it would to paint it.
  18. Personally, I would just replace the amp, etc. One of the issues is that while the Audiophile system may be a 5 channel amp, it does kind of route a significant amount of power to the sub so that it meets that requirement. Problem is whether or not it will handle the impedance of the speakers you may want to purchase. Many factory amps are not known for matching the lower impedances of many aftermarket speakers. If it can't handle a lower impedance, you may wind up having thermal issues with the stock amp. I also thought about getting a 5 channel amp but many of them are physically too big which would wind up compromising my stealth install and utility. Therefore, I am thinking about a 300w 4 ch amp and a 250w 1 ch amp for the sub. I may also consider a capacitor because of the HIDs (want to keep them at steady voltage).
