  1. I feel your pain. I hate when that happens. That's a pretty sharp looking ride there! Back in the day, I had a bimmer that color or very similar to it. I believe the color was called champagne gold.
  2. Hey Nick are those Porsche Cayenne exhaust tips in the top photo?
  3. I peeped your gallery to see how your plugs came out. Do you have any other front shots besides your avatar? Do you have any triple platinum white vinyl swatches? I like the vinyl you have on your hood. I'm considering something similar
  4. If you're inclined to make more, I'll take a set. Thanks in advance!
  5. Welcome to the forum Peter! Enjoy your stay!

    My precious......

First hand wash of the season.
  7. Anyone feel free to correct me, I apologize in advance if the following is misinformation. Have you considered pulling the rear speaker and identifying the speaker wires that way? Once you see the colors/ wires you are looking for you can access them by removing the passenger side door pillar trim. I believe you can access both sets of rear speakers there. I may be mistaken hence the apologies in advance. Good Luck, and Happy Hunting!
  8. Did you have to remove the bumper to remove the license plate frame?
  9. Unfortunately I do not have a clear concise answer. I'm not sure if you are aware, or not but upgrading to SYNC 3 is more involved than just swapping out the APIM. Point your browser in this direction to get a list of parts and cost associated with the upgrade. http://www.fordedgeforum.com/topic/22486-sync-3-installed-in-a-2012-limited/
  10. I believe there is a TSB on the APIM/ MFT. I would take it to the dealership and let them tell me otherwise. If its covered then you're good. If not I can understand wanting to get it resolved as quickly and as economically as possible. Might be a great time to upgrade to SYNC 3 if the cost is not to prohibitive.
  11. I've seen plugs available before but nothing that seems that well made. Seems just what the doctor ordered. Thanks for the link!
  12. It seems hit or miss, but you are correct the deeper my foot is and the higher up in terms of almost touching the body seems to activate it. 8/10 I just hit the button on the keyfob. But I do appreciate having the ability to use the kick if my hands are full.
  13. Welcome to the forum! Kick off your shoes and enjoy your stay!
  14. I like the uniqueness of it but I also would like it to be flush. They do make caps for the holes but I'm not sure they would match. I'd like to use one of the sensors to cover the hole to make it a uniform appearance. My body guy gave me a ridiculous price to remove it/ patch/ sand/ paint etc. I haven't even bothered with a second opinion yet. I do like your casings. I'll reach out to you if i decide to go that route. Thanks for sharing with the community.
  15. When I purchased my 2017, I was trying to get the kick sensor to work. The sales man pointed out that the tow hitch is in the way and then he said I can have that removed for you.... I said thanks but no thanks. Haven't towed anything yet, but when I do its great that its already there!
