  1. Bought an Edge there last night. Simply put, our next vehicle purchase will be there.
  2. Just bought a 2015 SEL AWD with leather for ~ $33,000. MSRP was $38+. Ford wants them gone.
  3. Just got our's last night. Leftover 2015. Amazed at the feel (we're German vehicle people) and the equipment that comes on it. Very satisfied and surprised with the build quality. The thing we like the most is how quiet it is!
  4. Mine was built 13 days after the date on the window sticker. Sticker will get you ball park number.
  5. Especially check Arkansas out. You'll be pleasantly surprised.
  6. Since the post was from 2014, no I have 2015 now but didn't have anything when I posted this.
  7. Smoking hot deal! Lots of incentive $ for left over 15s. Thanks to everyone for answering my newbie questions. This car (no I won't call it a truck... I have an Excursion with a 7.3L... That's a truck ) is awesome! Took a pic of it next to an Outback for a friend for comparison. We were both considering both vehicles.
  8. Can you still 'play' in the snow? Slide around, have fun, or is it boring? Since it has the electronic brake, one fun item is already gone.
  9. Drive car, car leaks, free loaner, car fixed, car leaks again, car not fixed, free car. When you think about it, you get free use of a car for said amount of time and then get a new one. Make lemonade...
  10. I'd stick a dehumidifier in the car for a couple days. Done.
  11. Ok I think we can all agree whoever spec'd the shiny, black center console should be shot, but is there a cover or replacement for it?
  12. Image with what? Diesel? Pffft. I'll buy one tomorrow. No big deal unless you're an environmental freak, then you should be walking.... right?
  13. 38k? For a 2015? There's 2016 SELs on the lot for less. I'm seeing 2015 SELs online now for high 20s low 30s with the $3,7000 incentive locally.
  14. The seats may be the only reason we don't get the Edge. Just not very comfortable. Seat bottom too short. Side bolsters on the bottom aren't meant to be sat on! That's what makes them uncomfortable and give back problems. Long time VW owners. Possibly the most supportive seats in the business. 2017 Tiguan is gonna be a game changer.
  15. Is it different than the SE cloth? Can't find pictures. Don't really care for the SE cloth but it's not horrible I guess. Trying to keep the cost down on new car but all the SE trim I see has leather and that adds options that increases the cost a bunch.
  16. Testing one out and the feature I like the most... It's so damn quiet!
  17. Extended test drive. 2016 Edge SE 2.0L. About as base level as you can get: Engine: Very quiet and smooth. Pulls well to very well. Transmission: shifted fine. No problems there. Hate paddle shifters. Put the thing on the shift lever where it belongs and no buttons... Actual lever movements, please. Ride is pleasant and firm, almost bordering on harsh but never seems to get there. Interior: Very very quiet. Well appointed for a 'base' model. Lower seat cushion should be longer and lower seat side bolsters should go to the side, not where you'd sit ON them. Rear seat room is quite amazing and comfortable. Reclining seats back is a God-send! Controls: Easy to use. Somewhat cheap feeling. Steering wheel kinda sucks but nothing too horrible. Cargo room is quite spacious. Under the hood: what idiot put the battery back there?! Everything else is easy to get to. Air filter supremely easy to get out. Alternator looks like a minor pain to get at. That was just observations over a long lunch
  18. Yup and just found out it's not quite accurate. Found one that was about perfect and it was a 2015. Yeah I guess there still can be some around but local dealer said it wasn't. I'm gonna let them find me one. Thanks.
  19. I'll look further out then. Thanks.
