I agree, if the 2014 will only come with a 4 cylinder with the E.B. I will be looking elsewhere...maybe the new Escape will also have the 4 cylinder E.B. only, no thanks..

I am sure Ford puts in wind shield anti freeze as the cars are built in Canada where the winters go well below freezing during the winter. Push button, going back to the 50s-60s...

after cleaning the plastic as mentioned I also use Mothers Back to Black, great results and lasts for a reasonable amount of time.

So far our warranty will cover any repairs etc, can't imagine the cost when the warranty runs out and we are left holding the bag for repairs and updates if Ford can't get this mess sorted out/

so you are saying you apply the brakes take your foot off the brake and than brake again and thats when you hear the sound? do you hear it the first time you apply the brakes?

How can they say that are all weather, OK if you live in the sunny south. those are useless for any of us who live up north in snow country, won't catch any melted snow, try weather tech, Last time I looked all weather means spring,summer,fall and winter. Also look at Husky

don't like it, but thats just me, the Edge is not a sports car or an Asian tuner, might look OK with those body styles but the Edge? car looks dirty,

why not buy a Garmin, Tom Tom for + or -$200 and they work with no issues like Fords nav from what I heard...

Touching the screen while driving sounds like an accident about to happen, what happens after the warranty runs out and this technology goes belly up? and what will the cost be to repair it? just don't get it why we need all this cr*p and distractions?

thats what cruise control is for, keeps you within the speed limit.

I have a 2010 with no factory nav. I have a portable one that I want to mount on the front of the dash and not onto the glass with a suction cup. I came across this web site that sells vent mounts to fit my vehicle. Anybody have any experience with these mounts? doesn't the tint reduce your illumination of your front and rear lights? On foggy days and heavy rain will you be able to see and be seen?

I agree, you said it all for me, I think an oil base product is a better solution, I also live in a salt belt, I oil my cars after 2 years after delivery, and then every other year, some say do it after 4 years as cars are better built to fight rust.

don't like the sound of that muffler system, trying to make the Edge sound like a super car or muscle car just doesn't work for me. each to their own.

I have a 2010 and use my MP3 player all the time, I have 2 Philips Gear and my wife has one also, no issues playing, the difference might be yours is a 2011 with a different Sync software than the 2010, my MP3 plugs into the car with a jack not via the USB port.
