  1. See post #7 on this - Catherine posted some pictures of her Sienna interior... http://www.fordedgeforum.com/index.php?/topic/5523-sienna-leather-interior/page__hl__sienna
  2. Forums draw people with problems. I can't believe that ford would truly leave the system out if this board truly represented the percentage of people having major problems.
  3. The thing that is interesting, is the fact that some car's truly aren't having issues. I have had that screen come up once in 6 months and I know I had gotten impatient at start up and tried to switch stuff to soon. My desk top will crash doing that too. I have not once pulled a fuse and I have not had any updates done. I love this car and the system works great for what I want.
  4. I haven't had any issues either. Had the car since September and love it. I love the lack of button, knobs, and doo hickies... The earth color looks a lot better in person, but not my taste.
  5. Something better left out of a car forum. Thanks for editing AKirby.
  6. What part of Canada are you in? I let the car warm up to warm the engine up more than just comfort of me.
  7. So many great choices and so little time...
  8. You are a brave one - jumping for this update so quick.. I am still holding off. I still have not had to pull the fuse ever and only maybe 2 reboots since September when I got it. I am good. Keep us posted.
  9. The '10's have a different version of sync - not as all encompassing. I do about 10 miles highway and about 10 miles city on my way to work - same on the way home, plus any driving at lunch time would be all city - and weekend errands - I have not done a road trip that would allow long stretches of highway. Also - It has been winter the whole time I have had it - so take the Alaska factor into considerations. Not sure where you are. (running your car 20 minutes before you leave work for the night really sucks gas, but better than being freezing for the first 20 minutes.) I also went from a car getting much better milage, (99 ford escort) so it was a bit of a shock - but I knew that going into that I was giving mileage up for room, comfort, and wonderfulness. I love my edge and I am one of the few people that stay on this site that haven't had problems with the mft. Remember to take information on any forum with a grain of salt. If you dealer won't let you borrow - look at the rental companies and invest in a couple day rental so that you can really try it out.
  10. I am currently getting between 18-20 mpg on winter gas and using a lot of autostart (kills your mileage) with my 11limited AWD. I am expecting that to go up a bit over the next few weeks as we stop going below freezing and autostart isn't used as much. As far as refresh on the 11 vs 10 - it is a huge refresh. And if you are going to wait 6 month's or so - you might just want to wait for a 12 so that some of the kinks that people have seen with the ford touch systems will hopefully be worked out. I love my car and very glad I waited for the 11 instead of getting a 10 at a lower price.
  11. I only got to hand wash mine once since I picked it up in September - but it has gone through a few rinse cycles. Another month and it might be warm enough to hook the hoses back up.
  12. Or just completely run the car - I don't know how to change that setting - but then Drive - in theater's aren't around in Alaska - either too cold or too light depending on the season. Just doesn't work well. good luck
  13. Really? I agree - buy american - I do, but the last part could have been left off.
  14. Mine didn't change either - I just changed the clock.
  15. Ok - I also don't think we have any with people working at it anymore to vacuum the inside - that would be awesome!
  16. We stay in our car for the car wash. I would probably just leave it in the center console.
  17. Just the one button at this time that I know about. Auto means at a certain temp it will either kick on or not. 32 is the turn on point and they do not get HOT like when you have them on and driving, but warm enough that your seat is not cold. Version is on the sync my ride site.
  18. if touched just right (hard to find the right spot on purpose) it switches your source (radio, cd, usb...) or pulls up your sound options on the screen (to change your treble, bass...). I only seem to get it on accident so can't completely say where to touch.
  19. There is no tracking on this forum - you have to go to the blue oval forum. Best of luck and enjoy.
  20. 10 years - I tend to finance 60 months and then it is time to replace the other car - that is then 10 years. or there about.
  21. You have to use the actual key to do the child lock on the doors.... but other than that. I am hoping to never need it.
  22. Both times for me Victor it has just been on start up - so maybe it is a reboot, but mine was not a result of crashing.
