Rear bumper protector

I have one of the Scion bumper guards installed on my Edge and there two things that the rest of the type "A" personalities out there will want to know about.

1) the leading edge of the guard is not the same radius as the bumper/body of the edge. Its shallower. Which is good because you can always trim off .. you can't easily trim on. I removed about 8-10mm a the center of the guard in a smooth arc terminating at about the 3rd or 4th ridge in the guard. This was almost perfect. (yea, that bugs me. but as I get older, I learn to deal with the little things better)

2) what others have mentioned was the the trailing edge that wraps down over the edge of the bumper providing good protection also does not match perfectly. The Edge as a small, short 45` bevel from the top flat surface to the vertical back surface. The guard is a tight radius 90` so there is a small triangle area that is an open void.
