It's possible the MKX DOES have voice activated navigation....maybe that's why it's in the manual? We have an Edge, so I can't confirm that, though. It's NOT retrofit-able to an '07. Steering Wheel, Steering Column, Wiring Harness, Microphone, Radio, come to mind. But you can have anything if you have enough money.
