sjwrangler Posted November 1, 2015 Report Share Posted November 1, 2015 Picking up a 2015 Titanium this week to replace my leased 2013 Limited. Both have the Vista roof. I have a Thule ski box which mounts to the 2013. Thule and Ford claim that the 2015 cannot accept any roof rack if you have the glass roof. Yakima, however, does sell racks for the 2015 Edge. Basically the Ford unit is too low and allows the BAMR to contact the rails. Even with 2007-2014, roof rack was never available on Vista roof equipped Edge/MKX. Some members easily installed them on their vista equipped Edge, but Ford has a reason not offer it. I recall one member here stated that some rock hit his vista roof & broke it and that the rack was what caused the rock to deflect towards the roof.
