Battery drain issue?

I have a 2013 AWD Edge and I just started having issues with my battery draining when the car sits for more than a couple of days.  Once I charge it up, I'm fine unless it sets  unused for a few more days.  I have checked for the obvious things like a light left on and can't see anything that might be causing it.  The battery is only about 18 months old.  I noticed a message on the screen when I shut the car off this morning that a warning "System Off to Save Battery -  Please turn ignition off or start engine".  Has anyone seen this or have any idea what might be causing it.  Picture attached.

It's entirely possible your 18 month old battery has gone bad.  Stuff happens. 
I'd suggest looking at the simplest solution first.  Roll by an auto supply store to have the battery load tested before you start searching for other culprits.

Thanks.  I thought that could be the issue.  18 months seems like a really short life since the original was 6 years old, but you are right, things happen...

It's also possible your alternator is getting weak and not adequately charging your battery. I'd test it while you are there too.

Thanks guys.  Well sure looks like the battery.  Alternator is putting out 14.5v.  Battery was 13.06, so I disconnected it.  1 hour later battery was down to 12.4, 2 hours later down to 11.8...  all with no load.  I'll replace the battery tomorrow...  Thanks for the inputs.
