Hello All,

Just found a clean 2016 Titanium with 54K miles, and always been a V6/V8 fan.

This my first 4 cyl Turbo at 62 yrs old. LOL

I'm old school but the performance and mileage prompted me to give it a try. Had Edges before and always liked them.

I'm also old enough to recall when automatic transmissions were 2-speed. Now they're 6, 8 and 10 speed.

Anyway, look forward to learning more about the 2.0L and enjoying my 2016.

Thanks -

welcome and congrats!

2 things:

1) check engine label on valve cover under appearance cover on pass side of engine. hope it is a VEP and not a Cleveland 420 sticker.

2) flexplate is the other major possible issue with these engines. if you start hearing rattles on the driver side of the engine, that is most likely what it is.

ok, 3 things.

3) highly advise considering ford protect premiumcare or at least powertrain warranty. check pricing at:
