  1. They may not all have it. My 2000 Lincoln LS did and I thought I remembered another one recently.
  2. Because of the monthly cell phone cost, multiple providers, different coverage areas, obsolescence of the cell radio, etc etc. GM is trying it but they also tried and failed with on star.
  3. Most newer cars have a separate bleed valve or screw higher than the radiator.
  4. The cost would simply be added to the base cost of the vehicle. Either way you're paying for it.
  5. If the PCM causes the coils to fail they're all covered.
  6. The factory also does test drives on selected vehicles. May not have been the dealer.
  7. Never heard of any problems with the perforated leather seats. They've been around for several years.
  8. At least 5K to break in fully. Why would you go by what the dealer said when the window sticker clearly shows the EPA estimates (19/27/22). Are you resetting the MPG on the highway? You may still be running winter blend gas which will hurt your mpg. Wait until summer when you have at least 5K on it, get on a flat stretch of road at 60 mph, reset the mpg and you should get close to 27.
  9. I meant for the latest dealer visit. That was from 2014.
  10. It's simple - if the letters or numbers you want aren't showing they're not in the database or you chose the wrong city/state. It only shows you the options that match what's in the database.
  11. Destination Address 1234 main st. atlanta ga Works every time for me.
  12. There should be several topics already posted, but I've always had good luck with pro-fit holders.
  13. That would be a significant improvement over the idiots at Bsquare. At one time there were 1500 bugs.
  14. I ran mine up on the curb not paying attention. Luckily I was only going about 30. We slid into a telephone pole on the grass. Only bruised my hip but broke the handlebars and turn switch. Only accident I ever had.
  15. MS provided the operating system and the stand alone sync software. BSquare wrote the MFT app. When they screwed the pooch Ford asked Microsoft to try to fix it. The OS is moving to QNX. Not sure who is writing the sync 3 app.
  16. As long as you know about it up front, it's just part of the vehicle cost. I don't like it either but they all do it. At least with plan sales it's limited to $100. I've seen some as high as $700.
  17. Obviously it has to meet durability specs. I would guess they'll need a few gigabytes for software updates and other transient data. With the ability to use a flash drive and with multiple usb ports there isn't much need to be able to rip cds directly to internal storage. Incidentally that feature was a freebie from Pioneer or Clarion on the old hard disk based nav systems when they found out they had 10 gb of unused hard disk space.
  18. I'm sure it's whatever was the cheapest solution with the required capacity.
  19. I also had a hybrid street/dirt Kawasaki 175. It wasn't quite as fast as your 750.
  20. When I got my license we had 2 vehicles - a brown 73 4 door maverick and a 70 something orange amc hornet station wagon with plaid seats. Let's just say I knew the girls weren't dating me for my car...........
