That's odd. Which Proxes did you have? I've had two sets of Proxes STs, a set of Proxes 1s, and a set of Proxes 4s. I haven't had these ST IIs before, but everything I've heard is amazing. I've got 500 miles or 45 days to see if I like 'em for free, so I'll test them thoroughly.

Any doubts I might've had about the general suckiness of the Pirellis went away when I put these on. They're cheaper, quieter, have better traction, and have better ride quality in general. I couldn't be happier. Everyone go buy these immediately.

Mine has had no wind noise with either software. Bad mics happen when you buy them in bulk. It's not a big deal. It just snaps in to place.
