  1. I can neither confirm nor deny this allegation.
  2. I have two tires at 8/32", and two at 6/32", and after one rotation already. Pirelli is warrantying two of them fully, and the other two at 25%.
  3. I hate the pirellis. One of their reps even told me that the ones on my Sport would only get 20-25k miles. I have 9k miles now and Toyos will be here later this week.
  4. Not all of the 2011+ cars have mft.
  5. Scott, nobody has gotten the update sent to them yet. We've all gone and gotten it, whether from a dealer, online, or something else. You're not being neglected.
  6. Mike, seeing it on my car probably helped, too.
  7. One of my ford contacts said that he thinks the sd cards vin-lock. I don't have another edge with which to test that theory.
  8. Holy crap, I just tried it and pause apparently means to play whatever is selected. Thanks for pointing that out. I didn't even know to be pissed until you told me. I wonder if the hr34 will do it, too.
  9. Must be on and running. It's to make sure that the computer remains connected to adequate power.
  10. On the screen to the right of the speedometer at the bottom.
  11. At this point, I feel it right to bow out until the drama is gone. I am a huge proponent of helping people with whatever, but sometimes morals get in the way. Let me know.
  12. Dude, I'll be more than willing to help you, but I still agree with akirby. Please let go and stop the BS. You were wrong and I as well as everyone can forgive and forget, but chill. Yes, everything would function as if you turned on the lights manually. The relays that you seek don't exist. It's all electronic modules now.
  13. It gets even better with the navigation card. Look forward to it.
  14. Your only other option is to find someone that can disassemble your current key, and solder the important parts on a new board. I wish you luck.
  15. A relay is basically a switch that is turned on by a circuit. I can draw you the circuit if you'd like, but the most basic info is that you use an ignition-switched circuit to power the headlight circuit when the car is on. A cheap relay, a couple dollars of wire, and some connectors, and all your dreams come true. Roughly $10 total.
  16. That sound is the brake pads grinding the rust off of the rotors. Next time, take a look at them before you drive, and then after the noise dissipates.
  17. I understand your point, and am moderately sympathetic, but keep in mind the price point of your particular edition of the vehicle. Mine has more features, more comfort, more power, and a better ride than my ml350 did. From what I gathered, yours is pretty stripped down, but as my grandfather said, a poor ride is better than a proud walk. Now, had you asked, several of us could have told you exactly how to use a $3 relay to have your lights on any time the car is on. The point I'm trying to make isn't at all about the vehicle, but about the attitude.
