  1. I've had many of gorilla's with no rust. Also, McGard comes stock because they're the lowest bidder.
  2. Yeah, it looks odd, but it still may split internally.
  3. That's not the problem. Mrsvano, your car doesn't have navigation. No sd card in the world will change that.
  4. It might actually be a true dual. Where mine has that little H-pipe in it, yours may have a little X-pipe with the other half in the muffler. Think about it. It's more cost efficient to stamp, weld, and roll one muffler instead of two, even if it's separated within.
  5. Glove box light is easy. Short LED strip and a mercury switch or pin switch. Radar detector docking station? Tell me more.
  6. These are better pictures. It's not a perfect antenna to base match, but it's pretty damn close.
  7. Ditch McGard. I've had these on since I bought it in June and have had no problems, they look great, and they're all locks. http://www.amazon.com/Gorilla-Automotive-71683NBC-System-Chrome/dp/B00280CTEA/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1329769166&sr=8-3
  8. Here''s what I did: 1. Remove rubber washer from base of Mini antenna. 2. Apply blue Loctite to adapter stud. 3. Screw adapter stud into antenna with small flat-head screwdriver and let Loctite dry. 4. Leave rubber washer out and install antenna. The rubber washer is only there to provide tension on the factory Mini Mount. If you do what I did, here's the result: Please forgive the photo quality, as it's cold, dark, and rainy here and I did the best that I could do with the on-camera flash.
  9. 11s and 12s have the same windshield. Perhaps the difference you heard was from the side glass. Higher models have laminated side windows. Lower models don't.
  10. You should look at something more like an Audiocontrol DQL-8 summing your 8 normal channels to 4, and 2 full range all-combined left and rights. Then run all that through an Audiocontrol DQXS, then to amps and subs. Take your 4 channels and run them to components in the 4 corners. The 2 full range go to the sub amp, and use the crossover on the sub amp. Leave the center alone and run it off of the stock head unit. That's option #1. It's $$$$$. How far do you want to go?
  11. You don't. I just changed mine. Took 8 minutes, and that was including about 4 minutes of swearing.
  12. Look for the Carlite and SoundScreen markings on it.
  13. I turned my turn signals red. I hate the yellow ones.
  14. I only said that because I looked it up in oasis.
  15. I agree about the advance track. As far as the air filter, there are several aftermarket panel filters available for the stock box that make a nice difference without causing problems.
  16. I paid 7.50 last week for a bottle.
