I just checked the rear center headrest on my SEL, and it is one piece (sides are adjustable, center is not). I do not know if the Limited is set up differently for the center headrest. Sorry

I think Dingo means the factory harness plug where you attach the HID wiring for the lamps.

May want to check if the caliper is compromised in any way, a la the dust boots or stuck slider pins. Also the brake fluid may need flushing/changing out after the vehicle sitting that long. Probably cost the same to turn rotors as to get new ones, but definitely check the calipers and brake fluid first.

I drive all the time in my FWD car (all season tires to boot!) thru all kinds of weather conditions, varying HOW I drive as needed, has worked pretty well over the years. I am used to working on cars, so accessing the roof area of larger vehicles for cleaning/waxing is kind of a mystery to me. It has been suggested to get a work platform from Home Depot/Lowes/Amazon. I was wondering how you do it. Definitely do not want to stand in the open doorway

There are aftermaket halogen projector headlights available for '07-'10 models as well. I think a couple of people on here have installed them for use with HID with success.

Thanks for posting that link! I know many people have been looking for examples of turbo'd/SC'd engines for the Edge. Most of the black emblems I have seen are overlays, and you can get them custom made/machined also (much less frequent, as expensive!). There are how-tos on the 'net on taking your emblem apart, painting the inside, and putting it back together, a bit messy tho.

Aside from trying to turbo/supercharge the engine (only 1 thread so far on that, and it's still debated hotly), you can cool the incoming air further than possible with the CAI alone. Either run an intercooler setup, or add methanol injection (all theoretical on this vehicle/engine). Not sure how cost effective that would be, but just a thought.
