    This past weekend, it's been hotter than I have ever remembered in Phoenix. This past weekend, the daytime temps averaged 115 or better (e.g. Saturday was 120). So far, the Type 1s are still holding strong.

    Funny thing is that one of the shop owners actually said I am doing this right. When I think about it, being methodical and testing everything out before installation will help give a rough idea.

    That is one mod I am highly interested in as well. I thought there was someone on here that had one.

    Just curious. Why not go aftermarket for the sub? Do you need the amp as well?

    Received a call from the shop and they advised me to come in today and check out the sub. I plan to put this thing through its paces by utilizing my "Subwoofer Abuse" playlist.

    Luckily, I am still under an extended warranty and they can replace that.
