  1. Welcome!... (I'm also on my 3rd Edge...)
  2. I have the same problem... I put a card of top of the little swing-up door and a few moments later I opened up the door without thinking to take my card first and the card litterally disseappeared!. It 's not in the little cubby compartment so I guess it went OVER the compartment itself and fell behind it... I watched the video which ''enigma-2'' and ''niceonept'' posted but it shows how to go under the console cup holder area but not behind the little cubby up front... ... so I'm still stuck without knowing how to get my card back... Claude.
  3. ''Teresa30'', the little led on your key fob is there to let you know if the car started or not when using the remote start feature. If it flashes red, it did not start but if it flashes green then it did start. Claude.
  4. Welcome and... I love mine too! Claude.
  5. I much prefer the first picture than the second one.
  6. If I were you, I'd ask the people who sell the adapter why the sub-woofer doesn't work... or how to make it work ... Good luck, Claude.
  7. What do you mean by "splash guards" ?... Mud flaps?... Claude.
  8. I wouldn't put a scoop on a Edge but like they say... "to each his own". That being said, to make a nice job that'll stay nice you have to use a one-piece fiberglass hood with the scoop moulded on. It's about the only way to make sure it won't start cracking after a while. Good luck, Claude.
  9. Welcome and congratulations on your "new" Edge! Personally I don't hate the sunroof, I find that it makes the interior of the car very bright on a sunny day. I've had 3 Edges now and never had any sunroof-related problems with creaking or leaking. About the cd player, 2019 was the last year. I also have the park assist but never used it... When I sold my '16 Titanium (with the Sony stereo), I can't say I saw such a big difference with the B&O system in my 2019, both were ok. Claude.
  10. Really?... I didn't know that... I left mine on the "accessory" position for the time the download was being done... In the end, there were two updates which took about an hour for both. Claude.
  11. So if I understand correctly, the three "studs" are already on the engine and there's only one bolt to add, right? ... and one detail i just noted: the part number under your cover is "K2GE-6A949-AC" but the number I found earlier was "K2GZ-6A949-A". Are both number the same or is one made of plastic and the other one (like yours) made of "nerf" foam? Claude.
  12. I just found out that I wasn't patient enough. It does download but it must be quite an update because it's been downloading for more than 45 minutes and only half of it is done!... --> The download is complete, I see that I now have the newer Sync version 3.4 ! Yeaaaa! Claude.
  13. I am trying to upload the Sync updates in my '19 Titanium and after having connected with my home router, the name (rather the number) of the update shows up with a space under it for the progression bar but after that, nothing happens. The update does not start to download automatically no matter how long I wait. I sat in the car and waited for more than 15 minutes and the download neved started. What am I doing wrong? Claude.
  14. I prefer leaving it open when charging my phone to let the heat out. For some reason, my phone gets a little hot when while being charged in there but nothing to be too concerned about. Claude.
  15. Thanks for your reply... About the "gaping open space", I suppose that's where the charging pad will be... Claude.
  16. It came from my previous '16 Titanium. I swapped the drawer from the '16 with the door from my new '19. Luckily for me, both had the black interior! and Thanks "omar302" for the picture. From what I can see, it's now just a recess with no door. Also, it looks like there's no more cd player... So it makes me think that I just bought the right year ('19) without knowing it! Claude.
  17. Oh...ok I didn't know because I did not happen to see the "random dent" in a 2020 dash... (Mine's a '19 and has the door + the little upgrades I did myself which I listed earlier). Thanks, Claude.
  18. Yeah they should work. In fact, it's rather simple to decipher: All first generation Edges (2006-2014) have the same bolt pattern (5 x 114.3 mm) and the second generation (2015 and up) have a smaller bolt pattern (5 x 108 mm). About the rear spacing, I think all Edges could originally be had with different wheels models and sizes but with the same offset. I put some 22" on my girlfriend's 2011 MKX ( which originally came with 20's) and they fit perfectly like if the vehicle left the factory with them. Hope this clears it up a little good luck! Claude.
  19. So no more charging pad on 2021's? ...and about the top of the dash door... what about it? Claude.
