  1. That is my understanding as well, but at the time I had it done at the dealer, the forscan info had not been posted. When it was, the cost for me turned out to be about the same as the dealer as I did and still do not have any forscan setup. The dealer did give me a discount as they wanted to see it done also.
  2. My 19 had an exhaust note piped in when in sport mode. You could tell it was a fake, to me anyway, exhaust sound. I have been told that the 2020 ST does not have the piped in exhaust note like the 2019, not sure if that is true. I had the dealer turn it off and now it sounds like you noted. I do have a bit more exhaust sound, as I had the res removed and just have the muffler.
  3. I have talked with the service advisor at the dealer I have used for the trans software updates. He is going to get with Ford tech support and see if that can be done. I know this will take some time, but will post what he can find out. This is the same advisor that kept getting with Ford support about turning off the fake piped in exhaust note into the cabin. It turned out that note could be turned off by a Ford tech. I am sure Ford’s first response will be, no, but that is what the said about the exhaust note.
  4. Okay, after two days at the dealer, they did loan me a 5.0 Mustang to drive, this is what they found. First, I have a 2019 ST, early build - September 18. They removed the drivers seat and took apart the back of the seat. They found everything was in place, channeling, access to the seat back for the air flow, in my case, mostly for ventilation. The design in my seats are to place the cooling/heated outlet to the top of the seat, around the shoulder blade area. Having the top part of my back cooled/heated seems to be a bad place for that. The lower back is where I would expect the best location. My ST does have the lumbar support, not sure if that has something to do with it. The tech used his temp device to show the seat bottoms showed around 67 and the upper part of the seat also showed about the same. I did voice that this did not seem to be a very good design, the tech just smiled, I understood his response, as the general manager was standing there. Now, this is my words on explaining what they did. With the internet these days, I am sure there are more knowledgeable members that will disagree with my wording, no problem, go ahead and point out what you disagree with.
  5. Has anyone figured out how to program the trans gear indicator to show which gear your in to be displayed all the time? I understand that one of the aftermarket tuners can, but I already have a tune with another company and they do not. Thanks
  6. Welcome to the forum, sorry I cannot help on your questions. Good luck on getting everything operating properly for you.
  7. On my 2019 ST, the ventilated/heated front seat backs have not worked properly, no air flow. Seat bottoms have worked just fine. Finally a Ford Engineer was at the dealer today and checked it out. I have an appointment for next week for the dealer to take the seat backs apart to see what is up. I am sure it will take, at least, a couple of days. I will post what, if anything they find.

  12. I have a 2019 ST and there is a chrome part that is like an “L” shape, it is next to the fog lights. Does anyone know how it is mounted and the best way to remove them?
