In my case, I had the resonator replaced with just piping. I do not hear any added exhaust noise at highway speed. When using more throttle in town/to merge onto the interstate, I do near a bit more exhaust. Also, I have the stock filter.

I have had the LMS tune for just over a year. It does give the trans a more firm shift, not hard, but a shift that does not take forever. I use the 93 tune and have not seen any dif in fuel mileage.

If this has already been answered in this thread, sorry but did not want to read through page after page. Using FORscan, has anyone actually activated which gear your ST is in so it would be displayed all the time. If so, could you please post the details. Thanks

Got a call from the service advisor. Ford tech support stated it was not in Ford’s software parameters to make that change. To me, that means it could be done, but they would not spend the man hours to program a change like that.

I have wondered the same thing. Now, I started checking into the stock ST springs and H&R springs. Just what I found and not saying it is spot on correct, but. The stock ST springs are heavier set of springs than the Sport springs. Ford beefed up the ST springs and sway bar for a bit better handling than the Sport models. It is my understanding that the H&R springs will fit fine, but one would loose the change that Ford made with the ST. For me, I wanted to keep the ST springs for that reason and hope H&R comes out with a set of springs for the ST.

I heard back from the service advisor, he has not heard back from Ford yet. I will post any further info that I find out. I am sure it will take awhile to find out for sure if this can be done by a dealer.

The following is just my opinion and not saying LMS is not a good company. I have had LMS tune since just a couple of weeks after getting my ST and have had my ST for over a year now. Now, I like the tune and the options with the level of tunes you can get from LMS, but. After working with them by phone and waiting for a few days for replies by email and waiting for the next level of tune. I am beginning to wonder once they have some tune setups for certain vehicles, like the ST, but not really anything else, the ST is now on the back burner. Now, if you have a Mustang or other similar vehicles, where they know owners want more and more of those vehicles are modified, you are the ones they want to sell too? I can understand that, but only to a point. If any company will not fully support all customers and have decided they will not update any further, than be honest and tell your customers. Yes, I know that does not happen for business reasons, money.
