I do not know if this will help, but. I had a 15 MKC that would alarm for a crosswalk and other times for no apparent reason. The dealer stated Ford/Lincoln was aware of the issue, this was in early 17. A couple of months later the dealer did a software update, did not have the issue after that. -

Need help new owner keyless entry/keys

When I got home after purchase, I found the factory code card stuffed in one of the pamphlets in the owners folder that has the owners manual, tire info, supplemented info they put in the vehicle. The pouch that looks like leather, but is really not? -

Does anyone know if the headrests on the back seats come off? I pushed the adjustment tabs and pulled up, but would not come out. I did not pull very hard, wanted to see if they did, than would give a better pull.
