Glad to hear someone else is finally going to get some winter. Supposed to get up to 2 more feet of snow in the next 24 hours.

I think they have to do with "class" of road. Highway versus main road versus small other road???? I noticed it recently too and was trying to figure it out - also the different colors on the sides, green/white/black? City/State/Federal?

Found another wish list - windshield defrosters - for the front window. So would be helpful - apparently they are in Toyota's, Hyundai's and Subaru's.

I think he was covering for people that haven't upgraded to 2.11 - he says the old the car and the old the version on the car. I have already had it confirmed that I will have to take my car to a dealer to have it installed because I never did that upgrade to 2.3 or whatever it was you had to do to be able to upgrade on your own. So I would guess it will take longer to upgrade from 2.8 then from 2.11.

You could move further north and have a built in one? I think I am to cold to notice extra pep though.

Yep, but I scratch stuff when I put them in there, and since they are prescription, I try to keep them in my case. I keep gum up there instead.

I like the behind storage for my sunglasses - so I can get them from either seat I end up in. My purse has everything else, so I don't have much in any of the storage places.

I would add auto dimming side mirrors and would second the heated steering wheel. Yes, I know both are on the MKX. Driving lights for the US would be nice too, or have the headlights just on when the car is on like on Subies...

But Ford doesn't monitor this site - you would be squeaker on a Ford facebook page or twitter account. I hope you get the help you are looking for.

It sucks that you are having issues, but hitting every thread with this isn't going to fix it. Hope you able to find an answer to your battery issue.

Interesting - the first printing (what I have in my car) says 20.8 for AWD 2011 (also what I have), but the third version for the 2011 says 19.2 for an AWD 2011. The most I have put in is in the 18 range.

My 2011 Alaskan version came with a block heater installed. I am guessing your Canadian one would too.

I just got a set of these and I really like them. I didn't have to trim anything or cut the posts off. There are two spots to account for the posts. I got them for 60 and free shipping to Alaska on Amazon. It was fast delivery since we don't get a lot of ground shipping, so their super saver shipping is really overnight for us. Love amazon.

I think you are both right - both sides are hard to imagine if you have only seen one side - I think it has been argued enough. Just my opinion though.

I have 18k miles and had my first glitch - still on version 1.8 and would buy my car again. Love it.

Hey Wilson- I had a glitch! Today my phone just wouldn't connect which i quickly figured out that the blue tooth just wouldn't stay on in the car. So tonight I pulled the battery before dinner and reconnected after. Everything works again, plus I noticed that now I can select some of my addresses in my phone book and set them as my destination so that navigation would kick over. Not all addresses work and I don't know why not. I also don't remember if this worked before and I just never tried it, but I do know I have been doing a lot of cleaning up of my address book. Who knows. But I thought you would like to know that I had a glitch. Hopefully it isn't the start of a trend.

If you start the car before it is fully closed, it will open back up.

Move further north then you don't need tint on your windows to go dark.

We don't have highways like other states... most are still only one lane each direction - just no stop lights. Some have passing lanes that I can get up to 85, but then my mileage drops. Or there is a 10 mile section with three lanes. So we really use the term highway loosely up here.
